Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about timing, payments, hosting and support. Don't see your question? Call us.
How much does a website cost?
Every project is different, so we prepare a written proposal after a short conversation about your needs. We are known for being affordable, and you only pay a deposit to start — the balance is due when your website goes live.
How long does it take?
Most websites go live in about 7 days once we have your content. Larger sites and web applications take longer; your proposal includes a clear timeline.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
Yes. Every site comes with an easy admin and a short training session. If you prefer, our care plans include content updates so you never have to log in.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. Domains are registered in your organization's name, and once the project is paid in full, the website design is yours.
Do you work with clients outside the Houston area?
Yes. We are based in Sugar Land, Texas, and serve organizations primarily across the United States, by phone, video call and in person.
Can you build my site in more than one language?
Absolutely. We build bilingual and trilingual websites every year, in English, French, Spanish and other languages.
How do payments work?
You receive invoices by email and can pay securely online by card. You can save a card for automatic renewals of hosting and care plans, and see all invoices in your client portal.
